What Happens After You Click “Schedule a Consultation”
When you click Schedule a Consultation, you will first complete a short intake form. The form collects basic information about your child and your current concerns so Monica can understand your situation before meeting.
After you submit the form, the system directs you to the booking calendar, where you can choose a time that works for you. Monica follows up only on consultations scheduled through the calendar to ensure everyone understands the process and expectations before the consultation.
After you book your appointment, you will receive confirmation details. Monica will call you directly on the scheduled day and time for your consultation.
All information you share about your child and family is confidential and submitted through a secure system. Your privacy is important, and the information is used only to prepare for your consultation.
