Whether you need IEP consultation, an Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE), or help deciding which is the right next step, it starts with a free 15-minute call to talk through your child's situation.
What to Expect
1. Book a time and answer a few intake questions
Choose an available time on the online calendar. While booking, you'll answer a few brief questions about your child's current educational situation, so Monica has context before your call.
2. Monica calls you
At your scheduled time, Monica will call you directly from (707) 435-3798. Save this number in your phone so you recognize the call. Together you'll:
Review your intake notes
Talk through your advocacy goals and your child's core challenges
Decide whether IEP consultation, an IEE, or both fit your child's needs
3. Get started with the right service
For IEP consultation: Monica accepts just four new IEP consultation clients per month. A $100 non-refundable spot hold fee reserves your place, and the full $100 is credited toward the IEP Strategy Consultation when you enroll within two weeks. You'll then receive your agreement to e-sign, a link to schedule your strategy session, and a secure link to upload your child's records.

For an Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE): Monica will walk you through the evaluation process, give you a personalized estimate based on the assessments your child needs, and explain next steps, including whether your school district may fund the evaluation.
